Cédric Anker
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Cédric Anker spent his career in commercial banking, investment banking and private banking. He holds executive positions as Member of Executive Committees, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at various banks.
Dr. Gert Sieger
Chief Financiel Officer - CFO
Dr Gert Sieger worked for many years in family businesses in various sectors as a manager, managing director or board member. Among other things, as CFO of Kaufring AG, based in Düsseldorf, he converted the co-operative into an AG and successfully took it public.
Martin Rühlemann
Chief Investment Officer (CIO)
Martin, born in 1972, is a civil engineer, real estate appraiser and an asset manager with more than 28 years of experience in the industry. At SH Schweizer Hypotheken he is responsible for all investment activities covering real assets investments as well as asset management.
Dr. Denis Gebhardt
Legal, Risk & Compliance
Denis Gebhardt studied law at the Justus-Liebig-University in Giessen, where he also gained a Ph.D. He added a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento/U.S.A. and worked several years for U.S. American law firms.
He is responsible for Legal, Compliance & Risk in SH Schweizer Hypotheken.

Member of the Board of Directors
Dr. Link is the former CEO of Metro Cash & Carry in Spain and has over 30 years of profound expertise in leading positions in large corporations in the Retail & Consumer Goods industry.
Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter Schwintowski
Member of the Board of Directors
Prof. Dr. Hans-Peter Schwintowski has been a professor at the Humboldt University of Berlin since 1993. He is an expert in Corporate-, Real estate-, Capital market- and European law.
Prof. Dr. Hans-Wilhelm Zeidler
Member of the Board of Directors
Held previously leading sales and management positions at Gothaer, Berlinische Lebensversicherung, Inter Versicherung and Zurich Deutscher Herold. Honorary Professor of Business Administration at the University of Göttingen.
